GoodSync Activation Instructions

GoodSync Personal license

Windows:

1. Install GoodSync: https://www.goodsync.com/download/GoodSync-vsub-Setup.exe
2. Enroll your Device into new or your existing GoodSync Account during installation, or by clicking: Tools -> GoodSync Account Setup.
3. If your billing email matches your GoodSync Account email, your GoodSync will be activated automatically, and there is no need for further action;
   else follow this article to add your purchased license to your GoodSync account.
4. Activate License on Device: Help -> Activate License

Mac:

1. Install GoodSync: https://www.goodsync.com/download/goodsync-vsub-mac.dmg
2. Enroll your Device into new or your existing GoodSync Account during installation, or by clicking: GoodSync -> GoodSync Account Setup.
3. If your billing email matches your GoodSync Account email, your GoodSync will be activated automatically, and there is no need for further action;
   else follow this article to add your purchased license to your GoodSync account.
4. Activate License on Device: Help -> Activate License

NAS:

GoodSync Control Center license

1. Create your GoodSync Control Center account at:
   https://jobs.goodsync.com/ui/signup
   OR
   If you already have a GoodSync Control Center account, log in at:
   https://jobs.goodsync.com/ui/user-login
2. Navigate to Settings -> click "Activate License" button
3. Enter your Order ID as: XXXXXXXXXX
   Enter Order Name as: John Doe
   Click "Submit" to complete the activation.

GoodSync Storage license

GoodSync storage activation instructions are sent in email right after purchase. If you cannot find GoodSync storage activation in your email inbox contact support.

GoodSync 2Go license

Your GoodSync 2Go license activates GoodSync 2Go either on Windows or on Mac. One license per an installation on a USB disk. The activation process described below needs to be completed from a Windows or a Mac computer with internet access.

Windows:

1. Install GoodSync 2Go: https://www.goodsync.com/download/GoodSync-vsub-2Go-Setup.exe
2. Enroll your Device into new or your existing GoodSync Account during installation, or by clicking: Tools -> GoodSync Account Setup.
3. If your billing email matches your GoodSync Account email, your GoodSync will be activated automatically, and there is no need for further action;
